Leena Mogre: Your abdominal muscles are covered with a layer of fat. Weight training and aerobic exercises help you get rid of that fat. The abs muscle is a non-jointed muscle from top to bottom.
Exercise 1
Abdominal crunches
What you will need: A mat
1. Lie down and put your thumbs behind your ear.
2. Let your palms rest gently on the sides of your head - do not put any pressure, just let it rest gently on the side of your head.
3. Your chin should come into your chest.
4. When you come up from your position you need to exhale. Do these crunches as long as your muscles feel comfortable.
