Day One
Diet for the Day
You can start your day by drinking one glass of warm lemon juice with honey on empty stomach. This will help you flush out toxins from your body
Breakfast
You can have two idlis without the chutney or something light like poha for breakfast.
Lunch
Two chapattis with a bowl full of vegetable, preferably prepared boiled and salad. You can also have soup with brown bread along with salad.
Evening Tea
With tea, you can have a vegetables sandwich made of brown bread, without cheese, mayonnaise or butter. After three hours if you feel hungry you can go for a bowl full of sprouts.
Dinner
Keep the dinner light. You can have fruits, chapattis and dal..
Exercises
After doing a full body warm up, start with your upper body workout.
Burpies


1. Place a medicine ball in front of you. Jump and lie down placing two arms in front of you near each other. Make sure the medicine ball is between your hands. Keep your body in a raised position.
You can find a medicine ball at any sports stores. It can range from Rs 500 to Rs 1000 depending on the size you go for. If you are unable to find a medicine ball, you can get one kg of cabbage and use it instead of the medicine ball.
1. Jump back and come to a sitting position
2. Pick the ball and jump holding the ball high in air. You need to do two sets with 25 counts in each set.
