Day Two
Diet for the Day
Breakfast
You can have soaked oats for breakfast, if you want you can cook them in milk. After three hours have a bowl full of fruits before lunch time.
Lunch
You can have brown bread sandwiches and fruit salad in honey.
Evening Tea
Have tea with two Marie biscuits.
Dinner
You can have boiled corn and spinach with brown bread or chapatis

2. After jumping, come to the squats position which means you need to keep your feet wide apart.
3. Bend the knees and push your hip down
You need to do two sets with 20 to 25 counts in each set.
Day Three Week Three
Diet for the Day
Breakfast
Have a bowl of high-fibre muesli and milk. After three hours have a bowl full of fruits before lunch time.
Lunch
You can have regular lunch with chapattis and vegetable. Avoid fried vegetables, pickle and rice altogether. You can include raw cucumber salad in curd.
Evening Tea
Make a simple chaat of sprouts, tomato, tamarind and salt. Have it with buttermilk
Dinner
Some plain Dal Khichdi with kadhi will be nutritious and delicious!
Exercise
Jump and Alternate Lunges

1. Jump by holding dumb bells in your hands. Return to the lunges position by placing one leg forward with hands on your hips as a support for your body.
2. Keep your body straight, go down. Make sure your legs get a 90 degree shape
You need to do two sets with 20 to 25 counts in each set.
