Day Four
Diet for the Day
Breakfast
Today you can have boiled egg whites and soaked almonds, along with your favourite home-made fruit juice. If you still feel hungry, two wholemeal bread toasts will do.
Lunch
Thepla or Thaleepeeth, made from the ground and roasted pulses, are ideal for a full meal. Have them with curd or buttermilk. Have some lettuce with olive oil dressing with it.
Evening Tea
Non-salted popcorn or puffed rice is enough with tea.
Dinner
Have sautéed vegetables with bajra or ragi rotis.
Exercise
Caterpillar Walk

You can do this walk in the available space.
1. Place your arms on the floor, raise your body and keep your feet wide apart.
2. Slowly, move your arms two to three steps ahead keeping your body in a raised position.
3. Fix your arms and move towards your arms.
Remember to keep your body in a raised manner and keep your hamstring straight. Complete two to three laps.
Day Five

Breakfast
You can have oats soaked in milk for breakfast, After three hours have a bowl full of fruits before lunch time.
Lunch
Dal and vegetable with Roti is a good lunch option.
Evening Tea
Have some sprout or fruit chaat with your tea.
Dinner
Have two cups of soup without cream or kanji with brown bread
Exercise
Double Crunches
1. Lie down on your back
2. Raise your feet and try to touch your toes by pulling your upper body towards the raised legs You need to do two sets with 20 to 25 counts in each set.
