Day Six
Diet for the Day
Breakfast
Brown bread toast with honey, along with low-cal cereal soaked in milk is a good plan.
Lunch
Ragi Dosas with green chutney and salad will be filling and rich in iron.
Evening Tea
Tea with two Marie biscuits is enough. After three hours if you feel hungry you can go for a bowl full of sprouts.
Dinner
Two chapattis with dal and vegetable, preferably cooked in minimal oil.
Viper for Sides
For this exercise, you can take the support of a chair or any other sturdy furniture.

1. Lie on your back, hold the chair for support with your arms
2. Raise your legs and twist them to your side and turn your lower body to one side
3. Repeat for the other side too You need to do two sets with 20 to 25 counts in each set.
Day Seven
Take one day off and do not work out on this particular day. This is to give a complete rest to your body. The diet stays light, but you can indulge a little. Keep the portions small.
