Remember to find out your size each time you buy a bra. Every time you gain or lose weight, you size changes.
Try each bra that you want to buy and see that the cups fit smoothly. They should sit perfectly on your breasts. If there are any wrinkles on the cup, then you will need a smaller cup size.
On the other hand of there is spillage either from the top or the sides, then you will need a larger cup size.
Your breasts need to stay in place, irrespective of whether you walk, sprint, run, jog and jump or lift your arms up. Look in the mirror and try spot jogging to check if everything is in place.
The band should never cut into your skin. It has to sit lower on your back than in the front. If it is too tight then try a bigger band size.
If the band rides up your back, then adjust the straps. In case the problem persists, try a smaller band size.
If the bra straps cut into your skin, loosen them.
Remember
- For a perfect fit make sure that the clasp sits on the middle hook of your bra.
- If you are full-breasted, opt for an underwire bra as that will give you more support.
- A good fitting bra should not ride up your back, dig into your flesh or fall off your shoulders.
- Get measured every time you gain or lose weight to ensure a perfect fit.
- Not all manufacturers measure the same way. So while you may be a 34 C for one brand, you may be a 34 D in another.
