1. Jogging - Yes jogging is one of the oldest ways of staying fit and one of the most effective ones too.
This form of exercise burns 100 - 200 calories in a half an hour session. So begin by jogging for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.
2. Power Yoga on an empty stomach - This is a vigorous yoga class that will help you connect with your physical and mental self.
Remember that if you are doing this class then you need to go to a qualified class and have enough of physical stamina to endure the session.
Consult with the instructors before joining the class.
3. Squats - Squatting exercises your leg and hip muscles. If you are not used to doing squats, then begin with a set of eight squats and gradually increase the number.
4. Stomach Crunches - these simple exercises will target your stomach and if done daily then you will have that waistline that you've always wished for.
5. Swimming - Swimming exercise and tones your entire body. This also stretches your body. So if you can swim then hit the pool.
Losing weight is not about crash diets or fancy diets that forbid you from eating things. It is about eating well balanced meals and exercising.
So yes you can lose some weight in two weeks. Just do it right and healthy.
