Bottle it up
- Take a glass bottle or bowl, preferably a clear one. Just make sure the opening is large enough for your hand to fit it.
- Line the bottom of the bottle with fine gravel to take care of drainage. Then add a three to four inch layer of good soil.
- Put in a single plant shoot or a couple of small plants depending on the size of the bowl.
- You can then cover up the soil with a thin layer of coloured pebbles to make your bottle garden more aesthetic.
