"Our team is also considering using the help of a child development expert, to get more accurate assessments of the chidrens' dreams and how to address these, "  

After the group has reached out to about 700 children, she has realised  the necessity of  substantial follow-up  after distribution.

"Else, the entire purpose of this programme will be lost", says Shweta, who firmly believes that charity should be more self- sustaining.

Though 'Toy Bank' does not raise funds,  it does encourage people to buy and donate toys to them tailored to their requirements.

Thanks to some good Samaritans, Toy Bank now has a collection center and is about to get a vehicle for distribution and collection.
 

Recently, 'Toy Bank'  has started a  chapter at Bangalore, a number of collection center in Mumbai and is on the verge of being registered as an NGO.

One small step taken with determination and dedication has snowballed into an inspiring movement.
