Carrying a baby is a stressful affair and you could be feeling very tired at the end of the day, even though you have not really done much work.
Remember, fatigue can also happen if you are not eating well and not getting enough rest. Your energy levels will go up in the second trimester, but before that you are likely to feel weak most of the times.
