If baby images can make you happy, you can try putting some on your room walls or doors. Seeing the images can also make you feel better and can lighten your mood.
Write a Diary
Writing a dairy also helps to lot of extent.
You can write down what you are feeling and what you are undergoing and this will act as a catharsis. After some days, when you read the diary, you may feel good too…
And it will be a good idea to even show the diary to your child later…
Do not give your mind a single chance to feel low and remember, if you stay happy, you stay healthy and if you are healthy, your baby will also be healthy.
