Accept offers of help. So, if you are feeling all drained by the end of the day at work and a colleague volunteers to help with the project, do not resist. If she is happy to help, give her the chance to feel included and helpful.
Also, don't try to be a superwoman at work and try to do it all. Discuss with your boss what you can and cannot reasonably do and make adjustments accordingly. Suggest alternative working arrangements to your boss before deadlines are missed.

6. Take out time to relax
Set aside time everyday to do something that you enjoy. "You could rent funny videos or movies and sit back and have a good laugh. Even those funny videos on Pogo and cartoon network can do the trick. If you like music, allow your tensions to melt away with relaxing instrumental tracks," says Spa owner Shamita Bhagat.

7. Go for all your pre-natal appointments
Most expecting moms worry about their baby's health and well-being till the time they deliver.
"Concerns about the growth of the baby, nutrition, weight-gain can lead to unnecessary stress. Thus, visiting your doctor for check-ups will give you the reassurance that everything is okay. You may also discuss your concerns about the baby and the delivery during this time," says Dr Kulkarni.
Also, women who regularly visit their doctors during pregnancy have healthier babies, are less likely to deliver prematurely, and are less likely to have other serious problems related to pregnancy.
