- Whenever you feel emotionally drained, all you need to do is get some space for yourself among all the activities.
- Go to your room, sit down, close your eyes and breathe. This will help in relaxing.
- You can also listen to some soothing soft music which will calm your mind and you may feel relaxed.
- Talking to your gynaecologist about your problem may also help you feel better.
- Pamper yourself if you want. If you have the craving to eat something, go ahead, do not restrict yourself.

- Rest as much as you can
- Practice your hobbies. If you love knitting, then go for it.
- If you have friends who are also pregnant, you can speak with them and share your feelings to feel better.
- Apart from these steps, you can also speak your feelings out to your husband. This will again help you feel relaxed.
Foods That Help
Apart from trying the above methods, avoid tea and coffee while you are pregnant. Tea and coffee have nicotine and caffeine. Both nicotine and caffeine trigger your emotional hormones and may cause emotional stress.

Eat proper balanced diet. Eat what you like and remember to have proper intervals between two meals.
