Pristine white lilies adorn the aisles as you walk in delicately to 'Here Comes the Bride'. Think of how your relatives and friends will watch you in absolute awe.
You look and feel your best…it is your wedding day after all! Looking and dressing your best requires time and attention to detail.
Veil Matters
The veil is as important as your wedding dress. It covers your face till the groom is committed to you at the ceremony. Remember that this is just an accessory and should compliment your wedding dress not overpower it.

Depending on the style and length, there are various types of veils to choose from:
- The Tiara has a metal base and is embellished with diamonds, rhinestones, pearls or any other stone that fits your fancy.
- The Halo is a circular bridal headpiece and is decorated with fabric flowers, pearls or crystals.
- The Birdcage is a small veil that ends just below the chin.
- The Flyaway is a shoulder length veil.
- The Elbow Length veil ends at your elbows.
- The Fingertip veil ends at your fingertips or waist.
- The Ballet ends at your ankles.
- The Chapel extends to the floor.
- The Cathedral is a long trailing veil and measures nine feet and over in length.
According to tradition, the bride cannot wear the veil if it is her second marriage.
The veil should be a natural extension of the wedding gown and should enhance the entire outfit. Length of hair and hairstyle should be taken into consideration when choosing the veil.
Discuss the veil with your hairdresser so that you have an appropriate style. Make sure the veil sits perfectly on your head just as it should.
