Mickey: Hi Chaitu, minus excercise, by tweaking your food habits, one must first get into cleansing process - you must cleanse toxins accumulated in your body over a period of years - This can majorly happen with vegetable juices such as Lauki Juice, lots of green tea, fruits with water content and green leafy vegetables, sprouts, nuts, seeds etc. You should incorporate all these daily.

Mickey: Organic food, if easily available, yes..holistic means to arrive at wholesome health through conscious, regulated breathing, eating appropriate food, doing regular excercise, resting well, meditating and praying as well - it's all about healthy thought process, graceful attitude and selfless behaviour

Mickey: To find God, you don't need to go to temple, in the same way, to find health, you don't need gyms. You can warm up and stretch a lot in the morning, then you can do spot jogging, waist bends, jumping jack, Surya Namaskar, lying on your back and cycling..

Mickey: Aryan, firstly she should regulate her diet, excercise religiously every day, sleep and rest well. She can do side kicks, lying down and cycling, surya namaskar, kapal bhati - Pranayama and end it with Anulom Vilom

Mickey: Get your check-ups done and find irregularities if any. Largely, if there is hormonal and other imbalances, they can be fixed y Yoga Aasanas such as Dhanurasan, Bhujangasan, Chakrasan. Dietwise, try raw foods, at least 80 percent raw, be a complete vegetarian. Remember, your last meal must be before sunset
