A sauna is the place to hit to pamper yourself, club it along with aromatherapy that is soothing and relaxing and you have the perfect setting.

Priya Banerjee, Manager of Ravissant Beaute elaborates, "The pores of the skin open up due to the heat generated by the steam in a Sauna. The open pores readily absorb the essential oils that help the person relax and calm the senses."
However for some aromas can cause allergies. To avoid this Germany's Sauna Association in Bielefeld recommends sauna enthusiasts to use only naturally scented concentrates when pouring water on hot rocks.
These essential oils have double benefits as Priya says, "The use of essential oils in a Sauna are often blended for their therapeutic synergistic abilities and leave people with the feeling of exotic freshness and amazing scent emanating all around them."
