
Eucalyptus and peppermint clear nasal passages and make it easier to breathe. Due to its healing properties, Eucalyptus oil is the most recommended in Saunas.
Priya's tips:
1. If you have any health conditions including heart problems make sure you consult a doctor first. Your sauna experience will not be much fun if you have a heart condition.
2. Do not drink alcohol in the sauna because you can end up very de-hydrated. Try and drink plenty of water both before and after the sauna.
