Citrus aromas

Citrus aromas such as grapefruit, orange and lemon are invigorating and energise the body.
Priya's tips:
1. Do not eat any heavy food before going into the sauna. If you have to then eat something light.
2. Ensure that you shower properly after the sauna. This will ensure that the pores of your skin are cleansed properly, and this in effect leaves you with much healthier skin.
