A day in your life

Practically everyday in my life is a mad rush. On one hand there is work and on the other there is home and kids.

I do tend to require a lot of control and balance.

And how do you find that balance?

For me planning is the key to balancing everything. That is how I manage to do justice to both work and home. And of course, balancing home would require a lot of co-operation from others and luckily for me I do have a good support system at home.
