Here she is on life, career and music and her love for all three.
Her journey

My career started four years ago when I got a job as a sound engineer at a studio. Since I had some free time before I joined, a friend of mine asked me to be a part time DJ at Olive restaurant in suburban Mumbai.
I cannot explain the feeling I got when I saw people dancing and grooving to the music I was playing. That was the beginning of a wonderful journey for me.
After that, I started deejaying at several clubs in Mumbai and other major cities such as Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore.
Being a woman DJ
There are no special benefits or drawbacks of being a female DJ. But, on some of my gigs, I have noticed that people at the club were really kind to me. So that was an added bonus.
Even that does not keep me away from competition from the other DJs.
