Dermatologist Dr. Rinky Kapoor says that excessive washing of the face strips the face of its natural oils. She recommends that you wash your face only 2 or 3 times a day. She also advises against using a soap bar because it isn't good for your skin. According to her it is better to use face washes that suit your skin type.
