You have bought your dream home after years of saving. You are ecstatic and anxious all at once. Yes, doing up the home is as exciting as it is complicated.

Well, there's no need to panic. Here is a step by step guide to setting up your home for the first time ever within a budget of Rs.2 lakh to Rs.5 lakh.
Step 1: Wired for Work
The first thing you need to do is to get all the wiring and electrical work done. For instance, you might need additional plug points for the toaster and blender in the kitchen or the television in the living room or even the hairdryer in the bathroom.
