Things to Remember…
Always go slow with your exercise. Do not overdo it and if you have any medical history make sure to take your doctor's advice before you start with the regime.
Before starting, check your weight and take your measurements. This will help you know how many inches have you lost. If you face any medical problem or discomfort during the regime, discontinue the regime and consult a doctor immediately.
Warm Up and Stretches

Start your fitness regime with some warm-up exercises and stretches. They help in preparing the body muscles for a workout, improve the flexibility of your body, help in avoiding injuries and improve your blood flow.
Keep a bottle of glucose water near you while working out. You can take small frequent sips in between your workouts to keep your energy levels high. Remember to come back here next week for the second week schedule!
