Week One Day One
Breakfast
Today, you can start your day with muesli in your breakfast. Make sure that it does not contain dry fruits or honey. Make sure you use skimmed milk instead of toned milk, since it is low on fat and contains calcium and proteins.
If you like chapattis for breakfast, then have two chapattis with milk or tea for breakfast. However, make sure the chapattis do not have ghee. After three hours have a bowl full of fruits before lunch time.
Lunch
Today two chapattis without ghee, one cup of vegetables cooked in minimal oil, one bowl full of salad and dal will be your staple.
If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have fish or chicken. Make sure that the chicken or fish is boiled, grilled or roasted.
Evening Tea
Keep a gap of at least three hours between lunch and evening tea snack. Use skimmed milk for tea. If you can, have green tea instead of regular tea.
You can have two biscuits with your tea or coffee. Try to avoid sugar in your tea or coffee. After three hours if you feel hungry you can go for a bowl of sprouts.
Dinner
You can have the same menu as lunch. Try to have early dinner as your body metabolism slows down during night time. Make sure you avoid carbohydrates for dinner. Avoid rice, bread etc.
When your body metabolism slows, your body will start storing the surplus nutrients as fats. Before going to bed you can have a glass of skimmed milk without sugar.
