Exercises for the Day

This will help you tone your abdomen muscles, triceps and also your chest.
1. Lie on your back and place your hands with the elbows down.
2. Hold dumb bells on each hands and keeping the elbows fixed on the ground lift the dumb bell up and bring it down to your chest level
Follow this with crunches

2. Lift your upper body using your abdomen muscles Alternate the chest press with crunches.
You need to do two sets with 15 to 18 counts in each set.
Bend Over Row With Punch


This will help you tone your back, shoulder and triceps.
1. Stand with your legs wide apart. Hold dumb bells in your hands
2. Push your hip behind and fix the elbows near your waist
3. Pull the dumb bells up


4. Alternate this with punch
5. Hold the dumb bells at shoulder level, punch with one hand keeping the other hand fixed in the original position.
You need to do two sets with 15 to 18 counts in each set.
