Are Rickshaw Rides Bad for My Baby?

Before You Leave...
- If you are suffering from morning sickness, then keep a couple of cream cracker biscuits in your bag.
- You are likely to suffer from acidity, so you need to eat small portions every few hours. For this always keep some food on you. A packet of biscuits, fruits, sweets, flavoured milk… anything to keep you going.
- Always keep a list of emergency contacts, including the number of your doctor in your purse. You might want to print and laminate it to ensure easy readability and prevent the ink from smudging.
- Always keep a bottle of water or some juice at hand. You need to keep yourself hydrated at all times.
- In case it helps, carry a pillow or cushion along to support your lower back.
Besides this, if yours is a high risk pregnancy, then the doctor may advise no travel. So before you make any plans, check with your doctor.
Other than that, travel smart and stay safe throughout your pregnancy.
