A cervical cancer survivor, this is her story.

I Continued Living…
I was diagnosed with stage-3 cervical cancer. My chances of survival were 30:70. But I continued living life as normally as possible.
I went on teaching aerobics at Ramma Bans. In fact, my students didn't even know that I was ill. There was a time when I couldn't even climb onto the stepper, so my guru, Ramma Bans, gave me a mat to climb on.
Treating My Cancer…
I had two of the best doctors in the world, so I did not feel the need to go abroad. Besides, I had my entire support system here… my home, the things around me and my family and friends.
After two or three sessions of the Brachy Treatment, the tumour disappeared and I did not need surgery.
My homeopathic doctor also prescribed medication that would work along with the allopathic treatment.
Besides this, a friend told me about a Chinese herbal medicine, which I took as well. The treatment lasted three months. I am still continuing my homeopathy course though.
It is important to narrow down two or three good treatments that work well and stick to just that.
Never Go Back…
There is no harm in feeling low, provided you find the energy to get back up and go.
A friend likened life to reading a book… when you pause and place a bookmark; you always continue from there on, you never go back. I followed that.
I got up everyday, telling myself that I was well.
