The Dastkari Samiti Haat Exhibition is an exhibition that displays works from artisans all across India. This exhibition is being held in Mumbai this month.
There is a range of ethnic and organic design solutions on apparels, textiles, home decor, artifacts and jewellery.
You will also find contemporary painted toys from Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh and Bihar, Indian weaves from the Bengali Kanths stitch work, palm leaf basket from Tamil Nadu, hand woven natural dyed shawls in cotton and wool from Kutch and Ikat weaves in bold dramatic designs on scarves, stoles, sarees and bedcovers among many other things.
This exhibition is being held between the 4th to 14th October at:
