New Delhi: A day after Tom Cruise's latest biography released, the book ran into controversy.

In the book titled Tom Cruise- An unauthorised biography, the author Andrew Morton claims to have new revelations on the actor's married life and his association with the church of Scientology.

While Morton says his repeated efforts to contact the church were turned down, the Scientology centre denies these allegations.

Even as the controversy continues, the actor stands by his belief in the ethics of Scientology.

Cruise praises the church of Scientology in a video featured on Youtube saying, " We are the authorities on the mind and on getting people off drugs, we help in improving conditions for people. We can rehabilitate criminals, bring peace and happiness to people and unite cultures.
