New York:  For all ye music lovers, here's a news that will make your heart sing. The coveted music magazine 'Rolling Stone' is going to hit the news stand in India this very week.

Wenner Media LLC has licensed its Rolling Stone brand and content in a deal with MW.Com India Pvt Ltd to launch the magazine in at least 10 major urban markets from Mumbai to Kolkata.

The edition will be featuring a blend of Bollywood music along with rock and roll and international stars like Jay-Z.

This much awaited magazine will be launched on Wednesday.

MW.Com is backed by Indian industrialist Anand Mahindra and his wife, Anuradha Mahindra, who will serve as editor-in-chief of Rolling Stone India.
