New York: 'The King is back, long live the king!' chant the fans of musician and rock legend Elvis Presley in New York.
The occasion? Never-before-seen photos of Elvis, also known as 'The King' to his fan, were unearthed recently.
The fortunate place? Madison Square Garden in New York.
The images were taken in 1972 by legendary photographer George Kalinsky, who was the official shooter at the famed arena. They show Elvis Presley in all his leisure-suited glory.

Kalinsky recently came across the photos and realized they had never been released to the public.
One image of Elvis is being displayed on top of the Virgin Megastore in Times Square. It shows Presley with outstretched arms holding the cape of his glittering jumpsuit.
Elvis Presley Enterprises says the photos come from The King's second night performance at the Garden and will be on display at Graceland starting in May.
