This week, plan to sink your teeth into sumptuous truffles at an alfresco restaurant overlooking the sea.
Sounds cool? Aurus invites you to it!
Chef Vikas Seth of Aurus in western suburbs of Mumbai, has always attempted to interprete the best food the other side of the Mediterranean.
His latest discovery is the truffle which is a highly prized and rare mushroom (fungus), that grows underground near the roots of trees.

The difficulty in locating and harvesting truffles and their continued demand, the truffles are an exotic, expensive ingredient to cook with.
Some of the exotic truffle inclusions in the menu at Aurus comprise French black truffle shaved cipriani's tagliatelle, warm camembert and asparagus crostini, truffled mash potatoes, Ocean fresh grill seared Australian John Dory.
If this is the grub that you dig, reserve your table at Aurus!
