Manisha Mahaldar, Mumbai: It was an evening to remember for HIV/AIDS affected children in Mumbai as star couple Abhishek and Aishwarya took time out of their packed schedules to spend time with them.

The occasion – fashion designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla's little gathering for the World Aids Day, which is celebrated on December 1.

"In 2001 Abu Jani asked to join this association called Ashray and I have been a part of it for seven years now. This time we thought of getting Aishwarya also along," Abhishek said, as love-struck Aishwarya looked on at her husband.

The enthusiasm of the little ones overwhelmed the Bachchans so much that they had a special message for people suffering from AIDS.

"We wish them all the very best. We are here to support them and we will do whatever we can do for them," Abhishek said.

The couple also refused to discuss films at the event and insisted that they stick to supporting a cause that they firmly believe in.
