New Delhi: Till yesterday, actress Bipasha Basu was gushing over the grand New Seven Wonders of the World event she recently hosted in Lisbon, but now she's having to explain the 'compromising' position she was caught in with star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo at a post-event party.

"Yes it is me (in the picture). The picture was taken at an opportune moment and taken out of context and again it looks like a case of irresponsible assumptions," defended Bipasha.

Her statement comes after her kiss with Ronaldo made headlines in papers across the world on Wednesday morning.

A supposedly ‘committed’ Bipasha, who's current dating actor John Abraham, was seen cosying up with Ronaldo at a VIP party in Lisbon. "Cristiano and Bipasha were all over each other.

If he has got a girlfriend she was the last thing on his mind.

They were kissing and he was being very tender, cupping her face and staring into her eyes," Digital Spy reported a source telling Daily Star.

Now we wonder what her long-time boyfriend Abraham back in Mumbai has to say. The silence sure is deafening.
