You may not have the heart to discard your wooden partition even if it does not go along with the sleek look of your hall.

Here is what you can do. If your kitchen does not have a door you can use it to make swinging doors, just like the ones you see in the cowboy movies.

Just make sure that you give proper instructions to your carpenter as to how you want them to be done.

5.Cupboard

While spring cleaning you might discover a whole lot of unused space in your cupboard.

What you can do is put all the clothes on one side, remove the door of the other side and show case your books in it.

Another thing that you can do is put a glass door to it and place all your prized possessions like a trophy you won or your favourite teddy bears.

6.Trolley

You may no longer use the trolley to serve your guests.

What you can do is make it a portable TV carrier. It is the ideal thing to have if you have a small hall, as the trolley won't take too much space. Another advantage is that you can shift the TV to the room you want it in.

Just make sure your trolley is not made up of a medium density fibre board. It won't be able to take the weight of your TV. And in case it has a glass surface, make sure you change it into a wooden one.
