Plzz give me some good exercises reduce my butt, and to increase and to shape my breast size, because my breasts are very small and hanging, its not stiff.

These are simple and effective lower body exercises. Can be easily done by all age groups. The best part is that we need not waste time and money buying heavy equipments. These exercises can be done anywhere- at home, office.

I don't know what to do ?At 48 as married and having two childrens it is very difficult to stay for long time with out sex fear is there as most of the people stay alone for serving their family they have to work away from home childrens education is one of the reason

Good tip will try at home. Please give similar excercises for reduce the tyre around the hip and lower abdomen. I would like to let you know that im trying to conceive and getting my fit for pregnancy
